Fees for the hall rental go to the Crystal Beach Community Association to maintain the hall. Due to county ordinance, meetings and events must end by 10:30PM. This includes clean-up time. There are ten rectangle tables and ten round tables included in the rental. There are 120 folding chairs available for use. All tables and chairs must be returned to their storage space when the meeting or event is concluded. Rental Payments can be made by check payable to CBCA or through the Crystal Beach Venmo (Crystal Beach Community Association @crystalbeachflca). Please be sure to include the date of the event when making payment. All CBCA Members will receive a 50% discount when renting the hall - we value and appreciate our community members. To rent the hall for the entire day, the rate is $400 ($200 for CBCA members).
By indicating my name above, I accept full responsibility for this event and the action of the guests, and indemnify Crystal Beach Community Association (CBCA), the Board of Directors, Representatives, Employees and Volunteers of any liability for this meeting or event.
